We do not provide the services directly. Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of EasyWay Market.
2.2 Service Agreement: Customers and Service Providers enter into separate service agreements for the provision of professional services. EasyWay Market is not a party to these service agreements, and we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of the services provided by Service Providers.
2.3 Service Fees: EasyWay Market may charge 4% service fee for the use of the Platform or for facilitating the connection between Customers and Service Providers. The applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before engaging the services. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Content and Intellectual Property
3.1 User Content: By using the Platform, you may have the opportunity to submit or post content, such as reviews, ratings, and project details ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant EasyWay Market a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
3.2 Intellectual Property: EasyWay Market and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in the Platform, including any logos, trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written permission from EasyWay Market.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

User Responsibilities and Conduct

EasyWay Market does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided by users or the suitability of any Service Provider for a particular task or project.

Termination

6.2 Termination by EasyWay Market: EasyWay Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
Modification of Terms
EasyWay Market reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes to the Terms will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Indemnification
